Make this in large batches and freeze for a fresh taste of summer in the middle of winter. Serve on pasta, toasted bread, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, grilled veggies – it's so good you could just eat it with a spoon!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ½ cup whole walnuts or pine nuts (piñons)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until chunky but smooth enough to spread.
  2. Add more olive oil as necessary for desired consistency.
  3. Taste and add more Teaspoon Willie’s Everything Sauce for additional heat according to preference.
