You can use any root vegetables in this dish, these are our favorites. Teaspoon Willie’s Roasted Vegetables are delicious with a bit of grated Parmesan over the top.

  • 1 large rutabaga, ½ inch dice
  • 2 large parsnips, ½ inch dice
  • 1 large Russet potato, ½ inch dice
  • 1 large sweet potato, ½ inch dice
  • 12 Brussels Sprouts, trimmed of outer leaves, halved or quartered
  • 10 cloves garlic, smashed
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, optional

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Toss all chopped vegetables in a bowl with olive oil and a large pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange vegetables on a sheet tray or two sheet trays, don’t crowd the vegetables. Roast vegetables about 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until just tender and golden brown.
  4. Pour TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE over the vegetables and mix, return vegetables to the oven for 5 minutes, then serve.
